Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 September 2026
This policy explains what Ryppl collects, why, and your choices. By using Ryppl you agree to this policy.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, account type, and (for password sign-in) a securely hashed password.
- Verification codes: we store only a hashed, short-lived code — never the plain code.
- Usage & security data: IP address and request metadata used for rate-limiting and abuse prevention.
- Creator data: public/analytics data about creators, shown for evaluating collaborations.
How we use it
To provide and secure the Service, authenticate you, prevent abuse, and improve discovery. We do not sell your personal data.
Third parties
We use processors for sign-in (Google), email, and SMS delivery, and source some creator data from platforms such as Meta, each under their own terms.
Retention & security
We keep data while your account is active. Passwords are bcrypt-hashed; codes are hashed and expire in minutes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data.
Your choices
Access, correct, or delete your data by contacting privacy@ryppl.in.
